How can I correctly register the TM30 online and ensure my notifications are submitted properly?

The question is about TM30 form. I have a house under company name where me and my husband have 49% of shares and me as a director. So, read our house how it is possible to do here😁

Yesterday we arrived with 30 days stamp (not visa). It was Friday.

Questions:

1. I tried to do online registration. I registered in system, but didn't load any documents about house. So like this can do anybody, even he is not owner or etc. Than I filled all of us in a table. Now in a system I have file, called notification which I can upload in xls format. I can not open it correctly, as fonts of thai language looks like abracadabra. Is this enough?

2. If not and if to go on Monday personal, is it ok? (we arrived Friday).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is trying to register the TM30 form for their property registered under a company, detailing difficulties they faced with online submission. They question whether their current submission using an xls format file is sufficient or if they should visit the immigration office in person. Comments suggest it is perfectly fine to go to the office after the weekend. There are also discussions about issues with Thai font display, the online registration process, and the need for a save button to confirm submissions.

After you retrieved your file ( searching by date) take a print screen. It looks like that.

Annika Almersson try it but I think you have to apply for the new address or just give them a phone call and ask .

Thank you! Google Translate interpreted that first option as "Record" which I mistakenly thought meant it was the button to see the old records and not "record" in the sense of "save."

, sorry I highjacked your post!

Bernd Moonfruit Maybe I am stupid, where is the save button on the page? I did not see it here.

, after I submit each person's data by pressing the blue add to data file button, I see everyone listed on the brown grid at the bottom of the registration page, but then when I go to the page to check the records, it doesn't list anyone. I have made sure I put the date range correctly and even waited 24 hours to try searching the records again in case the system was down. Was I supposed to press something to do a final submission on the data submission page after adding everyone to the brown fields at the bottom of the screen? I didn't see a final submit button or anything to indicate I was done adding everyone. OR does it mean my submission was rejected? I only filled in the required fields (left the type of visa and a few other optional fields blank.)

yes, might be. I'm using the original one but I saw they also offer a kind of fallback system if your unable to access that FN30 system.

Instead of loading a file why don't you type the required info in English into the fields on their reporting page after you log in? That way you have an immediate confirmation that the record was filed correctly.

Perhaps it's a magic font?

Its quite easy ... after filling all the information online if u notice on the upper right corner of the screen u will see 3 icons.. just click on save icon... that’s it.. it means it’s gone in the Immig system server

once you have registered, received a password and entered your details, you can do a print screen of the uploaded details. There is no facility to print a recieved receipt or anyway to know they have actually received your report.

If you have done all the above, go along to immigration and ask if they have recieved it. They will then give you a receipt. That way, you will know for the next time if your online reporting is acceptable or not.

it is not the main question. To open file... I have to understand if it is enough for immigration what i filled... Or i need to go with house documents personally

@Anastasia **********
it's because you haven't got Thai script installed or enabled in the browser you are using.

If you go on Monday it will be no problem, I have no idea why Thai fonts looks like abracadabra.
