Question about the TM-30 form. I own a condo in Bangkok on my own name. Does the owner of the building where I bought my condo has to do something? And do I have to visit the immigration or can I fill in the TM30 online?

If I have to visit immigration Bangkok, is it ok if I arrive at 13.30 o'clock or do I have to wait for hours if you arrive in the afternoon.
