How do I properly complete the online TM30 Form for immigration in Thailand?

I just got user name & password for online report to immigration. 

I have question to who already success only register... 

When you register online, you only have to fill excel: TM30 Form and upload online then submit?  Any document more need to upload in the same time?

Please advise me. Thanks!

You got a user name and password to do the online TM30 program.

You don't import anything to the excel sheet, you fill out the stuff at the top of the page then click the blue tab that moves the info to the spread sheet. Then you click the save icon in the top right (the floppy disc)
