TLDR : Answer Summary
The USA Embassy in Thailand does not currently provide an affidavit of income for Non-O visa applications, as they stopped offering this service on December 31, 2018. To qualify for a Non-O visa, applicants typically need to show a minimum amount of money in a Thai bank account, specifically 800,000 baht in their name, rather than relying on monthly income transferred internationally.

These are the steps you will need to take to get the Non O Visa as a retiree and the One year extension of stay as retired..

No they do not. You’ll need to have 800k Thai baht in an account here for a non o retirement visa.

The ACS division of the US Embassy here hasn't offered affidavit of income from abroad notary service since Dec 31, 2018 🙁

Even if you transferred the required minimum of 65K baht a month into a thai bank account in your name only you will not be able to use 'monthly income method' via international transfers to a thai bank account for either the initial 90 day Non-O visa OR the year extension at the immigration office here.

You can only do those by using banked money method (800K baht in a thai bank account in your name only)

tell it like it is Tod.

Or just tellem the truth!

Just bring your other check book, write it to yourself for cash and pay the freight.

Cash is only second to the king, but it will get you a visa😂😂😂😂😂
