I am in the process of applying to get a 12 month extension on my new non O visa based on retirement. I will go to immigration at the end of January when my money has been seasoned for 2 months.
But I have noticed my TM30 has a check out date in early January. Will that mean the this TM30 will be invalid by the time I go back to immigration?
Do I just update it with a new TM30 online from today or will that cause a problem with my extension application?
Also the online form requires a new check out date so can I make that for 12 months this time.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The applicant is seeking clarification on the validity of their TM30 form due to an early checkout date, which may coincide with their upcoming visa extension application based on retirement. Responses indicate the need to update the TM30 with a longer checkout date to avoid issues, and there is some confusion about the fund seasoning period, suggesting different requirements for retirement and marriage funds.
