I'm living in Bangkok. I must go to Immigration division 1. For the moment I have a non-immigrant O retirement visum for 90 days. I will go for an extension for 1 year. Two questions. 1. My condo-owner did the TM30 online. She did it also 10 days to late. When they do it online, what proof must I have for Immigration AND is it a problem that she did it 10 days to late ? 2. When can I go the most earliest day to immigration for my extension? Is this after 45 or 60 days? I'm here from 2 februari.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user currently holds a non-immigrant O retirement visa valid for 90 days and seeks information on the requirements for extending this visa to one year. They ask about the necessary proof of TM30 submission by their landlord, specifically in light of it being filed late, and inquires about the earliest date to apply for the extension. The response suggests providing a screen grab of the TM30 submission as proof and clarifies that the extension application can be made any time after 45 days remain on the current visa, which is around March 20 based on their arrival date.
