I'm living in Bangkok. I must go to Immigration division 1. For the moment I have a non-immigrant O retirement visum for 90 days. I will go for an extension for 1 year. Two questions. 1. My condo-owner did the TM30 online. She did it also 10 days to late. When they do it online, what proof must I have for Immigration AND is it a problem that she did it 10 days to late ? 2. When can I go the most earliest day to immigration for my extension? Is this after 45 or 60 days? I'm here from 2 februari.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user currently holds a non-immigrant O retirement visa valid for 90 days and seeks information on the requirements for extending this visa to one year. They ask about the necessary proof of TM30 submission by their landlord, specifically in light of it being filed late, and inquires about the earliest date to apply for the extension. The response suggests providing a screen grab of the TM30 submission as proof and clarifies that the extension application can be made any time after 45 days remain on the current visa, which is around March 20 based on their arrival date.

just print out the screen grab of the TM30 data the land lord entered and that is your TM30 receipt. They won't say anything about when it was filed.

You can apply for a year extension when you have 45 day or LESS left on your current 90 day stamp SO if you arrived Feb 2 you can apply any time AFTER Mar 20th ๐Ÿ™‚

, I have a TM30 online printout. It says check-in date sometime in November 2022 (the day when I moved into my apartment). But I have been out of the country a couple of times since then. I'll extend my 60 day TR visa this week in Bangkok CW. Any idea if immigration requires an updated checkin date or they don't care?

if you have the print out, that means they can log in and do a TM30 when ever you need one, and SOME offices want one done every time you come back from overseas.

Thanks

. Just got my extension. This time it wasn't an issue at CW. IO didn't ask for any TM30 information at all. It took me probably not more than 3 minutes at the counter.
