Hi, Ive got a new passport.

I'm on a 1 year non o multy entry visa.

Got stamped in untill 28.11.19, my visa has expired on 19 October.

Stamp and visa are on the old passport.

In 10days ill flight out of Thailand.

do I have to go to cw to get the stamp transfered or I can get it done at the airport presenting both passports?

I attach a screenshot of a comment from Tod Daniels wich may have already answered my question, I wish I could just ask on that post but is closed i guess.

Thank you a lot

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the process for handling their expired visa stamp which is in their old passport while they prepare to leave Thailand. They have a year-long non-O multi-entry visa but their actual visa expired on October 19, 2019, and they have a flight out of Thailand in 10 days. According to comments from another user, they can present both their old and new passports at the airport, where they will be stamped out and back in on the new passport, as long as the valid visa from the old passport is presented.

IF you have a year-long, multi-entry Non-Immigrant Type O VISA that you got from a thai consulate in another country. (where you bounce in and out every 90 days) you carry BOTH passports when you stamp out and back into the country. They will stamp you out and back in on your new passport using the valid visa from your old passport.

yep, take them both, you are currently stamped in on your old passport, at the airport they need to notate that you had an entry stamp from xxx visa showing you arrived on xxx date and then they'll stamp you out on the new passport..

Sorry I missed that the visa itself was already expired, Still you take BOTH passports with you to stamp out
