Dear,

My current passport no longer has room on any page for an exit or entry stamp. I have just applied for a new passport. Once I have the new one in hand, how do I do transfer visa (Non-ED) from the old passport to the new one? And with requested documents?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your Non-ED visa from an old passport to a new one, you will need to present both passports (the old one with the visa and the new one) to the immigration authorities. However, if you are within the initial 90 days of your Non-ED visa, note that the visa cannot be transferred and remains tied to the old passport.

If you are on the initial 90 days of the Non Immigrant ED visa, you can not transfer this used visa sticker to a new passport.
