Which Thai consulates require a 200k Thai bank balance for a Non-O visa based on being a Thai parent?

Hi...I am looking to get a single entry, 90 day Non O based on being father to a Thai. I have read recently some consulates in the region are asking to see 200k in a Thai bank for this now.

Does anyone know which consultes they are so I can avoid.
