TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to move to Thailand in August and is seeking to obtain a Non-O visa in the UK before transitioning to a marriage visa in Thailand. They are confused about the timing for applying for the Non-O visa, specifically if they can apply now. Community commenters advised that the Non-O visa should be applied for about a month before departure, as it is valid for only 3 months from the date of issuance.

The Non Imm O is the VISA based on marriage. The 1 year extension of stay isn't a visa at all, it's exactly what it says, an extension of stay based on marriage.
No, make sure you select marriage for your Non-O or, for the first year, you'll be on retirement and have to meet the higher financial requirement for your extension
Not now. The visa once issued would be valid for 3 months from issue. Apply about a month before you leave. London has a pretty quick turn around time.
