Apparently the 90 day reporting is suspended until 31 July. Therefore do we need to post our documents 15 days before that or when? I arrived back on 25 Feb 2020 and spouse on 11 Oct 2019 or do we wait until we leave and do 90 days when we get back? I have no idea when that will be as I am on a retirement visa and need to know I will be able to get back in before I go! THANKS!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement in Thailand has not been suspended but the requirements have been waived. Though there is an amnesty period, it is advisable to file your 90-day report as normal to avoid penalties. Given the ambiguity surrounding the rules after July 31, it is recommended to check with your local immigration office, especially since current submissions may not incur fines.

We don't know what will happen after July 31. This group recommends filing the 90 day report as normal to prevent any "breaks", and because immigration is almost empty.
- Immigration was quite busy last week not like before but nevertheless there were plenty of people waiting in the next section to L1 where I was! There were 2 long queues in 90 Day section too.
certainly CALL your immigration office before you post those 90 day reports. I was told at bangkok immigration that IF you're doing a 90 day report late because of the amnesty you can't mail it, you have to go in person. SO check with your office
The 90 day reporting system has *NOT* been suspended, but the requirements waived. Given that both of you are outside the timeframe to submit the 90 day reports, I suggest continuing on the 90 day report amnesty, and wait for further information from the Thai government.
However...

Are you currently in Thailand, or outside of the country?
read below, IF your 90 day reports are LATE <- meaning you took the amnesty (or some of it) and didn't report on time you CANNOT mail them in. You need to GO and file the reports in person.
