Sorry if this has been covered multiple times but I just need peace of mind. I am on a 1 year work permit visa with 90 day reporting. I was supposed to go to present myself on the 4th of May but didn't go as I've heard that reporting is not necessary at the moment.  Can anyone confirm this?  If not I could still make the trip to Samui immigration today and I guess I would be let off for yesterday as immigration was closed.  Thanks for your assistance.

The community confirmed that due to the amnesty in place until July 31st, you do not necessarily need to report in person for the 90-day requirement at the moment. However, it is recommended to complete the reporting as normal, and you can do so within 15 days before or up to 7 days after your due date without incurring a fine.

Thanks, yes, I had heard about the possibility that I could do within 7 days but I wasn't entirely sure - I thought it could be another rumour : ) Anyway, thanks for clarifying - I'll do it anyway then. Best wishes.

While you do indeed qualify for the "no need to report until July 31st amnesty" we are advising people on long term extensions of stays to just do their 90 day report like normal

you do know you can do a 90 day report in person from 15 days before down until 7 days AFTER your actual due date in with no fine. So if you wanna go do your 90 day report you're fine doing it until Monday the 11th (7 days after your due date)
