ORIGINAL POSTER
Tod, sorry for asking again, but I'm confused with the dates. I just saw the paper which is in my passport (enclosed) giving the date of 13 May for 90-day reporting for Non-Imm Retirement Extension of Stay. I thought it was the 22nd May. It's now too late to do by registered mail and being on Phangan, it's still complicated to get to Immigration in Samui.

We are on our 3rd year of Extension of Stay for Retirement and have always registered via TM30 for the same address we're staying in now.

Could you please confirm

(again) that we cannot do it online and need to go in person to get into the data base. If possible, I would like to avoid the hassle / problems with boats and medical checks due to changing the islands.

Thanks so much for your help

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the 90-day reporting date for their Non-Immigrant Retirement Extension of Stay, initially believing it to be May 22nd instead of the noted May 13th. They inquire about the possibility of online reporting due to difficulty accessing immigration services in person from Koh Phangan. Community responses mention that online reporting might be possible through a specific link, and that an amnesty period is in effect until July 31st, waiving the requirement for filing if certain conditions are met.

And with that being said, I'm closing comments.

If the 90 day report doesn't work through the internet, some troubleshooting techniques include:

1. Disable pop-up blockers

2. Disable auto-translate

3. Enable Java/Java script

4. Do not use a VPN

5. Change the browser you're using (i.e. if Firefox doesn't work, try Chrome).

6. Make sure you're filing the report between the proper dates.

7. Make sure you're including only the information requested.

8. Make sure you're formatting the dates correctly.

A person can also use one of the following programs for filing these reports:

Android eServices application;

iPhone eServices application;

If none of this work, then go to immigration and file it manually.

Good luck!

Try the online program from the we-based link here

If it won't go thru and you can't go file a 90 day report you qualify for the amnesty which says 90 day reports are waived until July 31st.
