Hello everyone and thanks in advance admin. :) I'm about to end my 1st 90 days on a new Non Immigrant O retirement visa. A friend said the 90 day reporting had amnesty until July. Is this in fact true.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the 90-day reporting requirement for their Non Immigrant O retirement visa and whether there is currently an amnesty period. Commenters suggest that it is advisable to complete the reporting as immigration offices are not busy, and staying compliant is important.

Thank you James. Can I do the online reporting if the expiry is in 2 days?

@Sonda ******
your first 90 day report must be done in person.

We recommend you make your regular 90 day report. At this time immigration offices are not busy. And by doing so keeps your 90 day report in sync with your extension for retirement year.
