Is the 90-Day Reporting Requirement Suspended in Thailand?
Are we still required to do the 90-day report or is it suspended?

As of April 2020, the requirement for the 90-day report is suspended for due dates between March 26 and April 30, 2020. However, there is no prohibition against fulfilling the report if desired.

My next due date is April 20th ... I am going to do the report next week though I don t have to do !

If you due date is between 26 March and 30 April 2020, you do not need to make the report,
