Not often I ask, but...have the recent immigration rule ‘changes’ made any allowance to 90 day reporting (retire’d)? Cheers...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The recent updates on immigration rules indicate that the 90-day reporting requirement has been suspended until April 30th, with no immediate necessity to report during this period. After that date, individuals will still need to complete their reporting as required. Many are encouraged to utilize the online reporting system, which appears to be functioning well, although the specifics might differ across immigration offices. Keeping abreast of official government updates is advisable.

Online worked for me (Bangkok). I understand that if you do for it under the new rules, you would have to catch up and do it as soon as that becomes possible. You can also send by post.

Thank you for the update however. I will check up on it here.

That was not the message we received here as of the other day and I have not seen any mention of the 90 day reporting change from a few foreign missions to Thailand. Perhaps I missed it or it is being followed as desired by different IM offices (which is their standard MO)? The online system seems to be working however and I see no reason why one does not do it that way.... but that is me... "safe than sorry".

The government made a clear statement on this a few days ago. Reporting is suspended until 30th April but you are responsible for doing the report after this date if it was due in this time.

Do online 90 day report still needs to be done... depends on who you talk to... but do it online. It seems to be working.

It's been cancelled until further notice. No need to do it.

It will be extended.

My wife made a call for me to immigration. They said "Up to you. If you do not want to come it is okay. If you are not sure if you need it, you can come."🤯🤔

@Stephen ******
It's only cancelled for people who were due to report between 26th March and 30th April
Stephen *******
It will probably be extended
