TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report requirement has been suspended until April 30th, 2020, meaning it is not mandatory to attend in person. However, you can still report either online using designated applications or by mailing it in if preferred. After April 30th, the method for reporting may change, so it's important to stay updated on any new requirements.

It's easy to do it on line. I'm not sure if the drive in 90 day report is open or not, if it is, it's very quick, you don't get out of the car.

Doing a "drive through" report depends on the immigration office; some offers it, some don't.

The 90 day report has been suspended through April 30th, however can still be done if desired. If you've done the 90 day reports before, I recommend doing it either online using one of these three programs:
No, you do not have to make the report, but be aware and follow the news as nobody knows what will happen after 30 April and how you must report after that date.
