TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement for foreigners in Thailand is not suspended. It is still necessary to file the report, although it can be done online in many cases. However, for first-time reports after renewing an extension or visa, online filing is not permitted. Some users reported successful online submissions while others faced issues and needed to visit immigration in person. If you need to file online, having your TM6 arrival card number is essential.

The TM6 is your arrival and departure card. You only need the number at the bottom of it.

it isn’t always stapled. Usually the immigration officer stamps it and places it back in the passport before returning it to you. Perhaps it fell out.
