TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about overstaying their visa, which is valid until February 12, while their flight is scheduled for the morning of February 13. Responses suggest that if the departure is less than 24 hours after the visa expiration, fines are typically waived. However, continued intentions to visit Thailand may be affected by an overstay stamp. Options include changing the flight or managing check-in logistics, as passport control and check-in processes need to be considered.

OKay, face it

you're not the first person in the history of the country to overstay

Usually if it's UNDER 24 hours and you're flying out they waive the fine and just put a small stamp next to your triangular departure stamp.

All depends on your intentions to return and how much grief you want at airport , if you intend to return to Thailand then you don’t want to be stamped an overstay . If you don’t intend to return take the grief and maybe 500 baht fine . From my understanding it’s highly unlikely you’ll get fined but it’s the stamp in your passport that’s not good if considering a return , you have plenty of time to change ticket or border bounce somewhere on your travels

check in desk usually opens three hours before flight time. You will have one day overstay...no fine usually...just overstay stamp note in passport. Do not get stopped by police before getting to airport .. They are detaining those who have overstay. Good luck.

Pass inmigrations before midnight and sleep at the airport? Or pay 500 baht fine the next day.
