TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about overstaying their visa in Thailand by 6 hours. They arrived at 6:00 AM on November 30th and are set to depart at 1:30 PM on December 30th. Various comments clarify that the visa is valid until 23:59 on December 30th, and as long as the user goes through immigration before this time, they may not incur an overstay fine. Additionally, if the overstay is under 24 hours, it might be waived at the airport.
You've already said that you will be overstaying that means your last day visa till 29 Dec so after midnight on 29 Deceven, even 1 min they will count as overstaying so be prepare to pay 500 baht per day.
Maxed out my 30 day exemption this time, usually leave on 29th day,.by getting early flight from uk I was in BKK 0600 hrs instead of my normal arrival time of 1600 hrs,.
Keep in mind a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp actually stamps you in for 29 days because they count the day you arrive as day ONE (no matter how late you get in that day).
Also keep in mind that IF you are flying out, and your overstay is under 24 hours the airport will waive the 500baht overstay fine and they won't put the half page overstay stamp in your passport either.
All you get is a thai worded stamp next to your triangle departure stamp that says "overstay of under 24 hours fine waived"
Using the family brain cell again? Thai visas are valid over a 24-hour cycle as in any normal system, so yours is still valid till 23:59 of December 30th. If you are leaving at 13:30, you still have 10.5 hours to spare.
