Hi all! I have a tourist visa that expires on 13 February (it’s written on the stamp in my passport). However when I did the extension at the immigration they put another stamp with a 12 February. I’m a Russian citizen. So which day I’m supposed to leave the country? 12 or 13? Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Russian citizen with a tourist visa that has a stamp indicating a require departure date of February 12 following an extension must leave Thailand by that date. Although the original visa had an initial expiry date of February 13, the 30-day extension granted means the last day to remain in the country is February 12.

When you entered Thailand with a tourist visa, you were stamped for 60 days. The date "13 Feb 2023" on your visa sticker, not on your stamp, is the day you can ENTER Thailand using that visa, not the date you can STAY in Thailand. When you entered Thailand using your Tourist Visa, that visa itself is "used" and no longer valid, and the date on the sticker no longer means anything. You entered on 15 Nov, stamped for 60 days until 13 Jan, and applied for 30 days tourism extension already until 12 Feb. 12 Feb is the last day you need to leave Thailand. You have until 23:59 to leave Thailand without overstaying.

You might be able to get a bit of an idea about how visa work from the attached.
