Flight recently got changed from 2nd June to the 3rd June, at ten past midnight.

The visa is only valid until the 2nd June.

If you went through immigration on the 2nd June as we would have to. Would this be classed as overstay or would they count from the departure time.

Any experience of this.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user asks whether they would be considered to have overstayed their visa if they go through immigration on the last valid day before their visa expires, but their flight departs shortly after midnight on the following day. Responses suggest that as long as the user goes through passport control before midnight on the date their visa is valid until, they should not face any issues. The responses also reassure that the exit stamp would reflect the correct date, preventing any overstaying concerns.

Yep. But I presume the stamp would be dated the 2nd. As you exit though immigration on the 2nd.

So all good.

Thanks for the reply.

Thank you! I sort of thought that would be the case. But you never know.

Appreciate it

As long as you go through passport control before the midnight (until 23:59 2nd June), you will be fine.

And seeing your flight is scheduled 0:10 3rd June, you would have to board around 23:40 2nd June. You will be fine.
