TLDR : Answer Summary
The user clarified that they hold a Non-Immigrant O-A visa with unlimited entries until July 26, 2020. They inquired if a re-entry visa is necessary when traveling to Australia for a month. The responses confirmed that if their visa has multiple entries, they do not need a re-entry visa, as long as they return before their visa expires. Additionally, guidance was provided on how to file the 90-day report, with flexibility for reporting dates.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Then you can enter/exit the country as many times as you want to on that visa right up until the 24th of July 2020 and every time you enter thailand you will get stamped in for a whole new year from the date you enter the country.
Just make sure when you come back and stamp in to the country that you are stamped in for a whole year from that date (many times people are stamped in wrong at passport control on that visa :( )
You can file a 90 day report from 15 days BEFORE your 90 days down until 7 days AFTER your actual due date. You do a 90 day report 89 days from the date you entered the country (the day you enter is counted as day one).
Okay, LOOK at your VISA in your passport. It should say Non-Immigrant Type O-A, it will have a date of issue and an "enter before" or "valid until" date. It will also have a No of Entries which should be an M or Multiple.
The visa is good for unlimited entries as long as you enter on or before the "enter before/valid until" date.
What is the enter before/valid until date on your VISA ??
