Hi gang.

Unfortunately I have to leave and go back to UK. I am on a non imm 1yr based on marriage.

I'm due for my 90 day report so do I need to inform immigration I'll be leaving mid August ? Or do I just return and viss cancels itself if I dont report next time?

Hope I'm making sense , thanks for any advice you may have.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the necessity of informing Thai immigration about their departure while holding a non-immigrant visa based on marriage. Responses clarified that the individual does not need to report their departure or submit a 90-day report if they are leaving the country before the next report is due. They should ensure they adhere to visa regulations and timing if considering future visa applications.

I've done two reports already , next report is 2nd of August.

Current stamp is the non imm 0 based on marriage , the Visa finishes 1st January.

So you think I can just leave mud August, no need to do 90 report.

Just wanted to make sure I do it right , dont want to affect any future Visa applications I may make .

I applied for non imm 0 in UK, then provided the financial evidence, home , marriage certs and got the 1yr extension with 90 day reports.

You should really post a pic of your current permission to stay, your visa or extension stamp. Many people confuse these.

If your next report is 2nd of August, and you will leave in the middle of August, you will need to file another 90 day report.

Also, if you are planning on returning to Thailand, purchase a re-entry permit, otherwise you will need to restart the extension of stay process again.

You don't need to let immigration know you are leaving Thailand.

You do not have to report that you are less then 90 days in the country, but if you have a Non Immigrant O visa you do not make 90 day report.

Please post a copy of what you call the non imm 1yr visa

sounds all good, safe travels

I entered in October on an non imm 0 Visa then extended it for the yr based on marriage.

I've done a report before and due next one 2nd of August.

Am I right in thinking I do report tonorrow then just leave mid august?

I wont be returning for at least a yr so dont need reentry permit.

Thanks for advice again Robert .

You must submit a 90 day report every 90 consecutive days that you are in Thailand. You do not need to let immigration know you are leaving Thailand. You also do not need to do a 90 day report if you are not in Thailand for 90 consecutive days.
