Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I am currently on a long stay o-a visa multiple entry obtained in London. I was residing in Hua Hin and did my 90 day report on the 28/11/18 . I have just arrived back in the uk for Xmas and will be returning to Thailand on the 8th Jan and I will be staying permanently in Pattaya. On my arrival can someone tell me when Am I required to inform immigration ? and what documentation I need .

Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is on a long stay O-A visa and seeks guidance on notifying immigration upon returning to Thailand after spending time in the UK. They need to file a TM 28 form for a change of address and a TM 30 form within 24 hours of taking residence in Pattaya. Additionally, a new 90-day report is required after staying in Thailand for 90 days.

u need file a TM 28 ( change of address) in Pattaya>

They may or may not ask for a TM 30

you file a TM.30 within 24 hours of you taking up residence in Pattaya and you file a new 90 day report when you've been here 90 days ;)
