Hi, I am very confused and appreciate any clarification: (I've searched the posts but only became more confused)

I live in Chiang Mai, have U.S. passport, on a retirement visa, my 90Day report date is Aug 11. I'm traveling within Thailand, not crossing borders. When I return to CM on Monday, (July 29) must I notify Immigration?
