Can anyone help me here.

My agent is retarded and says my visa accepted (non o dependant) and i need report in 90 days.

But its looks to me like a 30 day under consideration stamp ?

So do i need to go back on 29th june or 28th august ?

If the 29th june is that when i will get the 1 year stamp (90 day report) or will they notify me by phone before this date.

Thanks in advance for any help

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the reporting requirements for their Non-O visa extension, which is currently under consideration. They need to know if they should report on June 29 for the extension or if they can wait until August 28 for their 90-day report. Responses clarify that June 29 is when they should get their yearly extension stamped, and August 28 is for the regular 90-day reporting.

You got approved for a 90 day Non-O visa on the 8th of march, and were stamped in until the 5th of June,

THEN

on the 30th of May you applied for the year extension and were give the 30 day under consideration stamp until the 29th of June

Thanks mate.

Im moving before the august report date.

Obviously i need to go pattaya office for inital 1 yr on 29 june but am i correct in thinking that the 90 day reporting can be done at my local office which will be khon kaen

@Pete *******
, no worries, just make sure you show up on the 29th of June to get the year extension inked in (as
@Rob***
said it'll just be the 11 months because that under consideration stamp is month 1).

After you get the extension IF you're going to leave the country during the year make sure you buy a re-entry permit.

AND

make sure that you go file your 90 day report on the 28th of August too

It is one month under consideration, never heard that after taking in all the papers and stamp 1 month the visa will be refused, so you will get the visa and remaining 11 months on 29 June. Your next 90 day report must be done on 28th August.
