TLDR : Answer Summary
For the non-immigrant O-A visa application, the address provided does not need to be permanent for the entire twelve months. You can use a temporary address, such as a hotel, especially while searching for long-term accommodation. However, it is crucial that the landlord or hotel manager reports your stay to the local Immigration Office within 24 hours.

The land or house owner, the landlord, the manager of the hotel where you stay has to report you withing 24 hours at the local Immigration Office.

So yes, you should always have a registerd address when you reside inside Thailand, but can change address.

(Like most of the other countries in the world)

Thanks. So not required that the address on the OA visa application be for the full 12 months.
