Chiang Mai TM30 question, the last two times I returned to Chiang Mai from out of the country, immigration told me no need for TM30 as I am on a OA visa and stay at same address (I own a condo) is this still true?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The general consensus among commenters is that if you are returning to the same address in Chiang Mai and you hold an OA visa, you may not need to file a TM30. However, it's recommended to confirm this with the Chiang Mai Thai Immigration office, as requirements can change.
