Do I need to file a new TM30 after returning from Bangkok if my O visa application is pending in Phuket?
My o visa application is in pending now.I live in phuket. I need to go to BKK for a few days . When I return do I need to file a new TM30?

Yes. Phuket requires a new TM30 filing whenever you stay away from your home.

If you aren’t using the online filing system it’s super easy to do using the drive through window in Phuket Town. Simply hand them your passport with the old TM30 receipt in it and they’ll update the system and give you a new date stamp.

I know that I would have to file a new tm30 what I was concerned was that since my ovisa application paperwork was accepted and waiting final approval for stamp it would mess things up .Brandon ************
