TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessity of submitting a new TM30 upon re-entry to Thailand with a multiple entry NON-O visa based on marriage depends on individual circumstances. If you have returned to the same address without staying overnight at another location, the original TM30 remains valid. However, if you stayed overnight elsewhere, you are required to file a new TM30. Generally, some immigration offices may strictly enforce the TM30 filing rules, necessitating a new submission after every visa run.

If the immigration office where you live is rabid about people doing the TM.30, when you re-enter the country and get back to your address you need to go and turn in another one.

Or a local police station like I do ๐Ÿ™„
Lance *******
You're on a multiple entry you leave the country before 90 days so you don't need to do a tm.
Lance *******
Oh shit so I'm ment to be doing one of those?
Tod *********
that is incorrect. :/ You are confusing a TM.47 <- 90 day reporting form, with a TM.30 <- notification of alien in residence form.
Kev *********
If you are returning to the same address and have not stayed overnight elsewhere, yes the original is still valid. If you have stayed overnight and were registered via another TM30 then no the original is not valid.
Kev *********
No, he is talking about the TM30, not a 90 day report. He is already registered with a TM30 and will return to the same address that day.
Terry **********
how when op has left the country and re entering with new 90 day exemption he must still do report so what you are saying is he do not have to report as he was previously registered ???
Kev *********
He will still be registered at the same TM30 address if (and only if) a check is made.
Terry **********
wrong he is talking about a visa run so if you out you are out and must report again once in returning to same addess you still need tm 30 i am in out to Tachiliek only for a few hours and at home same evening

Fantastic. Thanks

The arrival part of your tm card should be in your passport, the departure side would have been taken leaving Thailand
Michael ********
Andrew is talking about Tm6. Luke is talking about tm30.
Steve *******
The departure part will be in the passport NOT the arrival, that's retained by immigration on arrival.
