TM30 question: I was here first on 'visa on arrival exemption'. Now, I am on a Non-Immigrant O-A visa.  I travel in-out of the country regularly. I am a one year rental lease. My landlord filled a TM30 for me when i first moved in (9 months ago). Do I need to fill a TM30 everytime i travel?

EVERY TIME you re-enter the country you need to file a new TM30.

Have your landlord sign up to use the online program so it can be done easier OR you sign up to use it
