TM30 question: I was here first on 'visa on arrival exemption'. Now, I am on a Non-Immigrant O-A visa. I travel in-out of the country regularly. I am a one year rental lease. My landlord filled a TM30 for me when i first moved in (9 months ago). Do I need to fill a TM30 everytime i travel?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When traveling in and out of Thailand on a Non-Immigrant O-A visa, you are required to file a new TM30 form each time you re-enter the country. It is suggested that your landlord sign up for the online TM30 program to simplify this process.
