I am on a retirement visa and left Thailand for a week and returned to Thailand ( I had multiple entry) My question is does my 90 day reporting start from my new entry date or do I stick to the 90 days date as on my white sheet in passport . Also does this effect TM 30 Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have re-entered Thailand on a retirement visa with a multiple entry, your 90-day reporting countdown starts from your new entry date. This means that the day you stamp back into the country is considered day one, and your next 90-day report is due 89 days from that date. Regarding the TM30, the requirements can vary; some local offices may require you to file a new TM30 upon returning from abroad, while others may not. It is advisable to check with your local office or a local expat group for specific guidance.

Your 90 day reporting 'count down clock' starts over the day you stamp back into the country and your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you stamped in (the day you stamp in is day ONE)
Now as far as if you have to file a new TM30 that is a 'check with your office or post on a group related to where you live and ask' thing
SOME offices say if you're returning to your primary residence from abroad you do not need to file a TM30
But
SOME offices say you DO need to file a new TM30 when ever you return from overseas.
