Hi all, wondering if anyone's knows - just left and reentered the country on a reentry permit. Does a new TM30 need to be submitted? Or does it all carry on as normal, same as the 90 day reports off the permit?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you reenter Thailand on a reentry permit, it is generally required to submit a new TM30 each time, regardless of whether you return to the same address or not. The 90-day reporting period resets upon leaving the country, so a new report will be due 90 days after your reentry.

Officially, yes you should submit a new TM30 each time you re-enter, or even when you spend a night away from the address! Some IOs tell you it’s not required if you go back to the same address but it’s best to check.

The 90-day reports resets when you leave the country so will be due 90 days after this entry.

I’ve always been told you have to do another TM30 every time you re-enter the country, even if you’re staying at the same address as before.

TM47 is the 90 day report. You'll do another once you've reached 90 consecutive days in Thailand. If you leave again before hitting 90 days then it will reset again and you'll start counting once again when you re-enter.

you need to ask your immigration. Some want you to file a new one after returning from abroad and some don't require it.

and when the staff change at your immigration office the requirements can change too. Mine now require it where they didn't previously.
