Hi Group I’m seeking some advice on 90 day reporting.I arrived on 14th feb (visa excemption 45 days) then got a 30 day extension.I have just got my 60 day COVID extension (to 28th June).

I asked here at Muangthong Thani office and lady says I don’t need.I’m not sure she understood me or is this correct? I’m confused as I thought you had to do 90 day reporting if you stayed here 90 days. Can anyone clarify this please

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the necessity of 90-day reporting given their visa situation. They arrived in Thailand on a visa exemption and have received extensions that total less than 90 days. Commenters clarify that 90-day reporting is not required for short-term visas or extensions under 90 days, confirming that the user is not required to report.

You dont need to do 90 day reports.

You do not do 90 day reporting on 90,60,30 day visas... You extend them and it covers the same information during the extentions.

Typically 90 day reports are only expected from people staying on a long-term extension (greater than 90 days). None of the extensions you have received is over 90 days and therefore you are exempt from that requirement. If your immigration office agrees, of course. And yours seems to. ;-)
