TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting period in Thailand begins the day you enter the country if you hold a visa. If you have an extension of stay, the counting starts from the date stamped in your passport. After getting a visa or extension, you will need to confirm the specific reporting schedule from immigration. In cases of longer visas or extensions, ensure to check with Immigration for your reporting deadlines.

If it's a visa it begins the day you enter, if it's an extention of stay it begins from the day that was stamped into your passport

If you refer to the report you have to make that you stayed inside Thailand for 90 days, it starts on the day you enter Thailand as day number 1. But this report is only done by people who have a Visa or Extension of Stay that allows them to stay longer than 90 days inside the country.

Than Immigration should give you a note when you have to do your first 90 day reporting.
