A question on 90day reporting...

When is my next 90day report due based on these actions and dates?

29 July - One year extension of stay applied for and stamped as under consideration.

28 August - Extension of stay granted until 29 July 2021

Is it 27 October which is 90 days from 29 July?

Or is it 26 November which is 90 days from 28 August?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the due date for their next 90-day reporting after applying for a one-year extension of stay in Thailand. They received an extension granted on August 28, but are unsure if the 90-day report is due 90 days from the application date (July 29) or from the date the extension was granted (August 28). A community member responds that if this was the user's first yearly extension, then the 90-day reporting is due 89 days from the application date. Conversely, if this is a subsequent extension, then the reporting should follow the previous reporting schedule.

was this your FIRST ever yearly extension? If so your 90 days is due 89 days from the date you applied for that extension (the date you got the 30 day under consideration stamp)

If this was just another year extension added to an existing extension your 90 day report is due when ever it was due on the previous paper..
