Hi all,

I currently have a Non-O multiple entry1 year visa (Marriage, issue by the consulate at Savannakhet) due to expired on 01 March 2021.

Arrive in Thailand on the 3rd March 2021 and had to go out of THAILAND for on the 31 May to get my passport stamped ( every 3 months) I believe that I am still covered with the Amnesty until now and waiting for more news...

My inquiry is about the 90 day reporting. Do I still need to do the 90 day reporting under this type of visa?

Thanking you in advance for feedback.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if they are required to do the 90-day reporting under their Non-O marriage visa, given their current situation with amnesty and being outside of Thailand's standard conditions. The reply clarifies that no 90-day reporting is necessary in this case, as the user is considered to be under amnesty, which exempts them from this requirement.

You NEVER did 90 day reporting under this visa because you can't stay longer than 90 days when you stamp in. :O You just got "stuck" being unable to bounce out and back when the borders closed. ;)

You're on amnesty until the 26th of Sept (as soon as they publish the law the cabinet approved) you don't do anything.

You don't need to go to the immigration office and don't need to file a 90 day report :)
