Was on long term ED visa since Jan 2019. The visa expired on June 30; 2020. The due date for 90 days reporting was end of May 2020. Didnt do the 90 days report as I was covered by Amnesty on that period. Planning to leave Thailand by Sept 26; if the flights are available (Or extension with embassy letter if flights not available). Do i need to do 90 days report ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the need for a 90-day reporting after their ED visa expired, especially since they were on amnesty and planning to leave Thailand. According to a comment, the user doesn't need to perform the 90-day reporting while on amnesty and has the option to either exit by September 26 or apply for a 30-day extension if they cannot travel due to the pandemic.

You're on amnesty now (seeing as your ED extension expired in june) so you don't do any 90 day reporting. You either exit on or before the 26th of Sept, OR you get a letter from your embassy stating you can't travel after the 26th and go apply for an "unable to travel due to covid" 30 day extension.

For those of us who have the same visa and entered at the same time but did extend every 90 days and aren't on the amnesty. My 9 month course will be finished and my stamp expires on the 20th of October but I want to keep studying. Do you have any insights as to what we can do?

I would talk to the school about it.
