Do I need to do a 90-day report with a one-year marriage visa in Thailand under the Amnesty?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I am on a one year marriage visa (issued in HCMC in Feb 2020). Entered Thailand 16 March. I plan to depart by 25 September and hopefully return to Thailand in October for another 90 days. My understanding is that I don't need to do a 90 days report under the Amnesty. Is that correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the requirement for a 90-day report while on a one-year marriage visa in Thailand, particularly under the Amnesty regulations, and receives confirmation that they do not need to report due to the nature of their visa.

And this is what happens when people start to call all the same but actually they do not have a visa but an Extension of Stay.

Confusion at the OP as rules, regulations are getting mixed up by hijacking the post,

Correct, with the 1 year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant sticker you do not make 90 day reports

I agree, as I have to exit after 90 days this has never been a requirement. But as I am now staying (under the amnesty) over 90 days do I now have to report?

Strange, because I a Non O multiple entry visa based on marriage and it clearly shows on the stamp attached to my passport when the 90 days are up and must report back
Robert *******
@Ian ********
might be strange but there is a difference in visa and the stamp, take a look at example

@Robert ******
Stamped in till mid April 2021 but stamped on a separate piece of paper stapled in my passport, I must report every 90 days and next report is August 5th.

@Ian ********
please, a visa or an Extension of Stay are not stamped on separate pieces of paper.
