TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is unsure about completing their first 90 day report due on May 3rd, given the ongoing visa amnesty until July 30th. According to comments from the community, they should proceed with the 90 day report as usual, attending in person since it's their first report.

Just go do your 90 day report when it's due, like normal.

AND seeing as it's your first 90 day report you have to do it in person to get into the data base to begin to use the online system
