TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on an expired extension of a Non-O visa based on marriage and asks whether they need to file a 90-day report given that their report was due on August 4, 2020. A user responds that since they are on an expired extension, they do not need to file the report, but they should apply for an extension or leave the country by September 26, 2020.

Now that you're on an expired extension you don't do 90 day reporting anymore..

BUT

You do know that you need to either apply for some extension OR get out by Sept 26th right?

You'll have to go to CM immigration and ask for the handout for the extension of stay based on visiting Thai family. They *WILL NOT* ask for the 400K THB seasoned

You can also get another 1 year extension of stay based on marriage as well.

IF by "I'm waiting for my papers from my embassy" means you're going to get a letter from your embassy to extend by another 30 days, it's a very risky plan. Your embassy must issue those letters, AND the immigration office must accept those letters.

You *may be* able to get another 1 year extension of stay based on marriage by doing this:

1. Go to your local immigration office, and request a 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family. *IF* they sell you that extension of stay, it will put a "hard stamp" in your passport.

2. With that "hard stamp", you can then apply for a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national.

An extension of stay based on marriage is not employment prohibited, and you can get a work permit on that extension.
