Hello. Advice needed, please.

Went on amnesty since May after my Non-B and WP has been canceled. The paper stapled says Notify Your Address Again On 01 July 2020 which I wasn't able to do.

Am I required to this in August? Any penalty applies?

Thank you very much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on visa amnesty after their Non-B visa and work permit were canceled. They are seeking clarification on whether they are required to report their address, given a deadline that they missed, and if there are any penalties for this. A comment states that while on amnesty, no 90-day report is required, but the user must leave by September 26, 2020, or seek another extension.

As of right now, you are on amnesty and no 90 day reports are required. You must leave by September 26, 2020 or find another extension of stay.

thanks but let me clarify, the 90 days reporting I did when I was working is just the same as a requirement to updating my address now that I am unemployed and on amnesty? No need to do?

No need to do. Think about it like this. IF amnesty does not exist, you would be in Thailand illegally, and a 90 day report is not required.

ok, so no need for me to worry about updating my address or anything this time. Just find my way home or get a valid visa. ๐Ÿ˜ thanks and have a good day.
