Do I need to submit a 90-day report if on Non-B visas or amnesty?

Wondering about 90-day reporting... If either one of us needs to submit a report or not. Is anyone able to give some insight on our two cases? Very much appreciated.

1. My husband has a 1-year, Non-B multiple-entry business visit visa, where he would usually have to leave Thailand every 90 days. He's now been in Thailand for longer than 90 days due to COVID and the multiple amnesties. He can't seem to find a clear answer as to whether he needs to fill out a 90-day report or not...

1. I came into Thailand on a tourist stamp on arrival, and then switched over to a 3-month Non-B visa. However, this Non-B has since expired, and I'm now in Thailand at the moment on amnesty... Do I need to submit a 90-day report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the necessity of 90-day reporting for themselves and their husband, given their respective visa situations. Responses clarify that neither party needs to submit a 90-day report due to the current amnesty status and the timeframes of their visas.

1. No, your husband does not need to do a 90 day report. In pre-amnesty, he can only stay no longer than 89 days.

2. No, you do not need to do a 90 day report. The "tourist stamp on arrival" is either good for 15 or 30 days, and since it's less than 90 days, you do not submit a 90 day report.

You then switched over to a single entry Non-B visa, which allows you to stay in Thailand for 89 days.

People on amnesty also don't submit 90 day reports.
