Hi

I am comming to Thailand on visa extemt, I will stay at my wifes adress as I will put it on the arrival card.

Do I still have to go to the immigration and fill out a TM30?

Only here for 3 weeks.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster inquired whether they need to submit a TM30 form upon their arrival in Thailand while staying at their wife's address for three weeks. The responses suggest that since the stay is short and no immigration-related activities (like extensions or re-entries) will be needed, the TM30 form is likely not required.

If you are here for only 3 weeks then don't bother with a TM30. Only when you need immigration for extensions or whatever I would bother . :)

I am wondering about this....

Never done it in 30 years if travelling there. But......it looks like we are less welcome than before.

So I think I best look into it.

You're more than welcome, Immigration is just enforcing a law that went into effect 43 years ago, 1975.

The arrival departure information doesn't mean anything

I would say IF you're not going to do anything at the immigration office while you're here (extension, resident letter, re-entry, etc) just don't bother.
