Based in Chiang Mai, we are on a retirement visa and are just off overseas for the first time since getting it (we have re-entry permits). My question is A) do we have to check in at immigration on our return and B) we will be changing address 1 month after we return, I think we will have to advise them, yes? Both questions - can we all this on line? Thanks for your feedback.
TLDR : Answer Summary
When returning to Chiang Mai after traveling abroad on a retirement visa with re-entry permits, you are required to check in with immigration and update your TM.30 form. Additionally, if you plan to change your address one month after your return, you must file a TM.28 form for the address change and also submit a new TM.30 form to indicate your new address.
