My new apartment lease is with the developer/management company of the condo project (Co. Ltd.).  Am I expected to provide immigrations with owner's property ownership record and ID for address change, or is the address change notification just a form to be submitted without any documentation?  Or just submit copy of new lease with the company, no further documentation necessary?  Thank you.

, in Bangkok IF you are on a long term extension where you do 90 day reporting you can just file a change of address form TM.28 when you go to do your next 90 day report.

My friend just did it out at Chaengwattana and it is in the same room you do 90 day reporting Section A. He took his lease but they didn't even look at it.

I asked where you are in thailand to see if you need to file BOTH a TM.28 change of address form AND a TM.30 alien in residence form.
