Hello, we have a Thai visa with single entry but we have a flight to bali from Phuket and then back to BKK to take our flight to L.A. do You know if we could get a re entry permision at 5:00am at Phuket airport? Or when can de get it? The flight is on sunday help!😣

Answer summary

An expat inquired about obtaining a re-entry permit at Phuket airport before their flight to Bali, noting their single-entry TR visa. Community responses confirmed that a re-entry stamp can be acquired at the airport, specifically after passport control, by paying 1000 baht and filling out the TM8 form. However, there were concerns about the office's hours since the flight was scheduled for early morning, leading to uncertainty about availability.

Basically, go right now to immigration and get a re-entry stamp, and you'll be fine

You can get the re-entry permit at the Immigration Office in Phuket town or Patong beach.

Roll the dice, we have a visa, but what kind of visa? You fly to Bali from Phuket, how many days do you plan to stay inside Thailand? You come back from Bali to continue your flight to L.A, how long do you plan to stay on Bali? How long do you plan to stay in Thailand between arrival from Bali and before departure to L.A? BTW as far as we know there is no office at Phuket airport to apply for the re-entry permits.

There IS a re-entry permit office at Phuket airport, but it's not 24h and I don't know what the hours are. I'd wager that if leaving at 5am it won't be possible.

Do you need a reentry permit if you are to transit in the BKK airport?

Are you eligible for visa exemption on arrival into Thailand? What passport do you carry?
