Thanks for this group it is a godsend. I have read through many of the responses, but still have a few questions. I am a US citizen, reside in Chiang Mai, and entered the country on a multiple entry Non-IMM B visa on October 17,2019. I left the country once and re-entered on Jan 11. My current stamp expires on April 9. I read Mike Gaudet's post and he indicated I could go to Chiang Mai immigration and provide the following "... Reentry permits require 1000/3800THB (single/multi), TM-8 reentry request, copies of passport, visa stamp, TM-6 and TM-30".
Questions.
1. Is this all I need to provide?
1. When should I go?
1. Do I need anything from my Embassy.
1. If I get the stamp, is it for 90, 60 or 30 days?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a US citizen in Chiang Mai, is seeking clarification on the requirements for reentry with a Multiple Entry Non-IMM B visa. The comments suggest that a reentry permit may not be necessary due to having a Multiple Entry visa, and they advise the user to leave Thailand before the visa stamp expires or apply for a one-year Extension of Stay based on their employment.
