TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the process for obtaining a reentry stamp for their non-O retirement visa upon returning to Thailand at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport. The responses clarify that a reentry permit must be obtained before leaving Thailand. It's possible to get a reentry permit at the airport if it wasn't already secured; specific instructions are provided for where to go at both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports.

You can get one at the airport if youโve used your single re entry already ,Suvanabumi the counter is to the left before you stamp out at Don Mueang itโs after you stamp out so make sure you tell the officer you need a re entry 1200 baht single.

Just flew out of the new SAT-1 terminal at Suvarnabhumi and there is re-entry desk there as well. It just left of the immigration queue.

Yes I got it the beginning of the year, come on a 60 day then got the 90 with my first year retirement non o.. just done my 90 day reporting in soi 5 Jomtiem last week and haven't left the country since December. It's just a 3 day trip to Kuala Lumpa
Okay so if it's a single re-entry permit and you haven't used it (by exiting/re-entering the country on it) you can do your trip no issue and get stamped back in on your 'retirement stamp'
AND
If after that you wanted to get a NEW re-entry permit you'd do that at the office where you got your year extension (you said you did it at Jomtien so that's where you get a new re-entry permit after you come back from the trip so IF you want to leave again you can without losing your retirement visa)
